Test principle:

이 분석은 two-site sandwich ELISA를 사용하여 샘플에서 SMOC1을 정량화합니다. SMOC1에 특이적인 항체가 microplate에 미리 코팅되어 있습니다. 표준물질과 샘플을 wells에 pipetted하면 존재하는 모든 SMOC1이 고정된 항체에 결합됩니다. 결합되지 않은 물질을 제거한 후 SMOC1에 특이적인 biotin-conjugated antibody를 wells에 추가합니다. 세척 후 Streptavidin conjugated Horseradish Peroxidase (HRP)를 wells에 추가합니다. 결합되지 않은 avidin-enzyme reagent을 제거하기 위해 세척한 후 기질 용액을 wells에 추가하고 초기 단계에서 결합된 SMOC1의 양에 비례하여 색이 발색됩니다. 발색을 멈추고 색의 강도를 측정합니다.

 

Specificity:

This assay has high sensitivity and excellent specificity for detection of MonkeySMOC1. No significant cross-reactivity or interference between MonkeySMOC1 and analogues was observed.
